The Vessel in Chrysoprase

This is a one-of-a-kind vessel hand carved by the artist in from one solid piece Brazilian Chrysoprase.  Chrysoprase is a microcrystalline precious variety of quartz, chosen for its blueish green color and translucent glow.  The carving flows in the forms encouraged by the natural stone and the artists' meditations on the Sacred Feminine.  The piece is hollow and may carry a tiny amount of something precious.  It is also a perfectly fitted chalice to its masculine counterpart, the Rod in Black Spinel.  The Chrysoprase vessel is offered for gentle, occasional or ceremonial wear on an adjustable (18"-24") 18kt gold chain.
